Why use this?

The performance of a contract can create emissions in many ways. Each contract will have its own particular emissions profile. By considering the emissions associated with an action under an agreement, parties are more likely to take steps to mitigate those emissions.

Dominic & Bria's's Clause adapts part of [Nico's Clause] 'Coolerplate' Clauses (Climate Aligned Boilerplate) for use in Aotearoa New Zealand.
