## **How we develop content**

We develop and update our content based on all of the following:

- Feedback from legal and subject matter experts
- Contributions from research participants
- Legislative and regulatory developments
- Emerging climate science and good practice

Content is reviewed by contributors on a collaborative and pro bono basis – [our quality assurance process](https://chancerylaneproject.org/our-quality-assurance-process/). We determine which materials are published or amended and may withdraw content from the site at any time.

You may download, adapt, and use the content published on this website (including guides, clauses, and glossary definitions) free of charge.

This content is provided to support the integration of climate-aligned language into legal and commercial documents. Users are responsible for:
