Negotiating Transactions & Deals Climate Clauses

On Tuesday 3 May 2022 at 9.30-10.30am BST/ 6.30-7.30pm AEST, The Chancery Lane Project is hosting a workshop on Negotiating Transactions & Deals Climate Clauses. 

In this free, interactive workshop, you will:

  • Take part in a negotiation of a climate-aligned contract clause to prepare for using in your practice today.
  • Examine the challenges and solutions to using a clause so that you can adapt and tailor climate solutions.
  • Build your own plan of action for using climate clauses in your business or practice, as part of your work towards net zero or more generally as you align your contracts with climate and environmental considerations.

Please familiarise yourself with Dottie’s Clause and Felix’s Clause before you attend the workshop, and be prepared to debate their use!
