TCLP is proud to support the launch of Better Buildings Partnership’s revitalised Green Lease Toolkit

TCLP supports the launch of Better Buildings Partnership’s (BBP) revitalised Green Lease Toolkit, a comprehensive guide containing legal clauses reducing the environmental impact of buildings. BPP is an industry consortium including over 50 of the UK’s most prominent commercial property owners, with approximately £340bn of real estate assets under management. 

TCLP actively participated in both the legal working group and steering committee for this project, demonstrated in the heavy incorporation of TCLP’s leasing clauses in the Toolkit. Developed by the industry, for the industry, the Toolkit fosters collaboration between commercial building owners and occupiers to achieve environmental goals.
