Amendments to existing glossary terms

Our Glossary is a precedent bank of commonly used climate-related terms to help you draft climate-aligned contracts.

We’ve made minor amendments to the following glossary terms:

• Transition Plan – Previously Net Zero Transition Plan.
• Target Boundaries – Previously Net Zero Target Boundaries. Replaced emissions reductions targets with emissions reduction targets.
• Carbon Budget – Replaced net zero targets with emissions reduction targets in the drafting notes.
• Carbon Price – Replaced net zero targets with emissions reduction targets in the drafting notes.
