[Emilia’s Protocols] Green Litigation and Arbitration Protocols

Dispute resolution lawyers have reviewed and updated the Protocols to refer to the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations’ Green Protocol for Arbitral Proceedings and add more specificity into the drafting. Examples of specificity are printing provisions updated with additional language that specifically refers to environmentally-friendly toner and ink and recycled paper. 

[Mia’s Clause] Low Carbon Arbitrations

Dispute resolution lawyers in our community have updated this clause to align it with the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations’ Green Protocol for Arbitral Proceedings. The clause title was previously ‘Low Carbon Arbitration Hearings’, but has been updated to ‘Low Carbon Arbitrations’ as the provisions are not limited to hearings, and extend to broader arbitration proceedings.

Dispute resolution lawyers have reviewed and updated this clause to improve the drafting and align it more closely with language used in [Emilia’s Protocols] and [Mia’s Clause].
