Minor updates to Owen’s Clause

The TCLP editorial team have made minor updates to Owen’s Clause:

• Corrected a typo in the Legal Context section.
• Amended Net Zero Target definition to replace “removing” with “reducing” GHG Emissions overall.
• Added a definition for Offsets within Offsetting Strategy (previously not defined).
• Net Zero Target Plan changed to Net Zero Transition Plan throughout to align with TCLP sample wording.

These updates are reflected in the published version (V3) of Owen’s Clause and recorded in the Clause Amendment History table linked on Owen’s Clause page.
