The International Bar Association

The International Bar Association’s (IBA) report recommends TCLP’s clauses as ESG clauses. The report highlights TCLP content for use in due diligence, reporting and monitoring, compliance, and green alternative dispute resolution.  

Increasing legislation, regulation and voluntary standards surged use of ESG requirements in commercial contracts. The IBA recognises the potential of TCLP content to realise these commitments. We are thrilled about this recognition by a leading legal association.
