Clauses to redress the balance in the food chain by promoting fairness for the producer while supporting the customer to ensure produce is not wasted at any point throughout the supply chain.

This clause incentivises a counterparty to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in exchange for a gain-share payment calculated by reference to the value of the goods or services it provides.

Provisions for standard non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements (NDAs) to ensure climate change and environmental issues are discussed at the outset of new commercial relationships.
