Consolidated Sustainability Clauses for Supply Chain Contracts

A consolidation and updating of TCLP’s key supply chain clauses. This clause covers the setting of greenhouse gas emissions targets and sustainability requirements throughout the term together with a range of remedies, dispute resolution options and incentives.

Clauses to redress the balance in the food chain by promoting fairness for the producer while supporting the customer to ensure produce is not wasted at any point throughout the supply chain.

This clause incentivises a counterparty to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in exchange for a gain-share payment calculated by reference to the value of the goods or services it provides.
